Return processing will occur within 2 business days of receiving the returned item at our studio. Please note that this timeframe does not encompass the shipping duration between sending the item and its delivery back to us, as it may vary based on the chosen return shipping service.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll promptly notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method.
