I really enjoy this roll on. I keep one at home and one at my desk at work. I enjoy taking some time to really inhale the scent and let the oils do their magic.

Some people call products ‘life savers’ but in this case, that’s actually true. Last fall our family endured the devastating loss of my brother in a motorcycle accident. At the time, I was looking for anything I could to relieve the constant feeling of nausea and anxiousness. This roll on helped me get through moments when I didn’t think I could breathe. I would roll on each wrist and inhale deeply, and hold my breath for 10 seconds; then exhale. I would repeat this every few hours. I have used it often since. It’s a light, comforting aroma for me.
